Our 2018 feedback surveys revealed the following:
100% of respondents said that they felt that receiving a service from Arch Care Services helped them to remain healthy.
100% of respondents said that they feel safe and comfortable with their support staff.
95% said that staff spend enough time with them doing things that are important to them.
90% said that they were happy with the number of staff they see in a week.
Overall 92% of responses were positive.
The average overall satisfaction rate among our service users was Very Satisfied.
